What is a Weekender?

It is an opportunity to join The 333 and special guests for a retreat weekend of exploration, discovery and community as we dive deeper into our Full Moon Rising experience. Our program will include daily yoga, meditation, dance, teachings and social gatherings as we celebrate this season's very special ripening.

What this month’s moon is all about?

The Shoulder To Shoulder Fire Moon The Shoulder to Shoulder Fire Moon, or Bone Moon, is so called because on average February is North America's coldest month. It is the moon by which first nations' peoples often sat shoulder to shoulder around a fire. It is also called the Bone Moon because in the absence of abundant food people sipped on bone marrow soup. In our modern relative prosperity most of us no longer have only soup to sip in February, but we can experience a different type of lack. Our minds trick us into believing that there is a limited supply. Whether that be of love, influence, opportunities, recognition, growth, creative freedom, experiences, wealth, jobs or balance, we are often disappointed in the levels that are coming our way. As the 2020 Bone Moon rises, let’s explore the ways in which we consciously and unconsciously approach our sense of abundance. Why some people seem easily to have their cup run over, while others struggle. We will explore the inner and outer work required by the modern tribe member to have enough, whatever that means for us individually. We will also explore what it is to lean into community, shoulder to shoulder.
